MBA Project
When I was accepted into the MBA program at Laurier, it was with a view towards doing the innovation and entrepreneurship program. I had originally thought with bio-gas. Although I am still interested in reducing the fossil fuel content of food, by making energy from farm waste, as it got closer and closer to January and the start of my electives, that seemed more and more ambitious.
I hope that I have found something a bit simpler, with the picture. I met with the program head a few weeks ago, and he accepted me and my idea into the program. This past week, I also got my NFP placement with the Laurier Net Impact group as the director of curriculum renewal. I found a custom motorcycle guy who will build me a prototype, and I bought a ATV to be a donor for the front end.
Last week Mike S, one of Joel's friends, Joel and I looked the ATV over, and this week I am getting a swing arm from Zdeno's, which I will take to my custom bike guy along with the ATV and some wheels that I also got from Zdeno's. I think that the rest of the prototype will come from Princess Auto. This term I am taking marketing and operations. My marketing group has agreed to use the bike for our project.
